Chalk another one up for the Urban Chicken Movement

Knoxville, Tennessee, OKs backyard chickens, but no roosters.  Some sharp feller could make some beer money with a temporary rent-a-rooster service for flocks that stop laying. The alternative is to use my Mom’s definition of a hen that’s stopped laying: a stewing chicken.
