Triple Hot Chocolate

In the mood for some hot chocolate, but want to kick it up a little? Here you go:

• one packet of instant hot chocolate
• one shot of chocolate vodka
• 1/2 ounce hard chocolate
• hot water

Put the hot choc mix in a cup, add the shot of vodka. While the water is heating, use a microplane to grate about a teaspoon of hard chocolate for a topping. Pour the boiling water into the cup, stirring to dissolve. Top with the grated chocolate. Giant marshmallow makes a fun, but messy, garnish.

Estilo Americano: In Mexican movies, scenes where our heroes burst onto the scene with guns drawn and blazing. I hope to emulate that in my cooking.
