• Invermectin is safe. In spite of all the screeching about “horse de-wormer” and “Joe Rogan needs to shut up,” a recent meta-analysis confirms what we suspected all along. Invermectin works. A-a-n-d, it turns out invermectin is especially effective against the Cat Lady Disease, toxoplasma gondii.
• Diet and exercise help to reduce the severity and speed recovery.
• Vitamin-D is especially helpful; there was suggestive evidence for this early on.
