This is what I think of No-Shows

An open letter to Senator John Cornyn (R-TX)–sent by email Sunday evening:

The Democrats are trying to push through a big tax hike, and you couldn’t be bothered to show up for the vote? (Washington Examiner, “Ten Republicans duck out on tax vote,” December 5, 2010)

And you have the balls to keep sending me mooch letters to get your and your buddies elected? Somebody needs to Tea Party your ass, pronto!

I sent something similar to our other Senatorial Equivocator, Kay Bailey Hutchinson. What jerks.

Update (7 December). In spite of Senators Cornyn and Hutchinson sitting on their hands, Barack-O has caved on the tax hike.  With a little more pressure (from folks like YOU, John and Kay), the Republicans could have taken his lunch money, too.
