“I just find the whole thing ironic that FHA is providing financing for luxury housing.” Ironic? IRONIC? I’d describe the situation as corrupt, greedy, pork-laden, self-dealing, exploitative, welfare-for-the-rich, or undemocratic. But NOT ironic. More like typical for this Administration.
FHA will finance up to 96.5% if you qualify (perhaps by being a friend of Angelo, Chris, Barney, or Barack).
Update (18 August). The Heritage Foundation is not amused; they call it "crony capitalism."
