Having a stroke?

San Antonio has just configured 8 stroke centers.  You can quickly determine if someone has had a stroke–there are 3 golden hours–using three simple tests:

• "Show me your smile."  Is it lopsided?
• "Raise your arms."  Are both hands even?
• "Repeat after me."  Can the person say "Don’t cry over spilt milk?"
