Oregon gets a bad case of Stupid

Five rocket scientists in the Oregon state legislature want to increase the tax on beer to fund rehab for dipsos and junkies.  (Their names are at the end of the article, go pee a pint on their lawns.)  Sounds like it’s time to take up home brewing, Oregonians.
