Sorry, our hands are tied

The Somali Pirates have struck again, this time hijacking an Iranian grain shipment.  Of course, the US and Royal Navy patrols are powerless, just as they were when the Saudi-owned supertanker Sirius Star was taken a few days ago.  Limited area of operations and restrictive rules of engagement, don’t ya know.  Gee fellas, the High Seas are a bitch when you don’t have your own navy.  Maybe you should reprogram some of those Wahabbi mosque and nuclear weapons budgets towards building yourselves some seapower, INSTEAD OF MOOCHING OFF US. A$$holes.
