Definitely NOT Kosher

A few years back, we were hearing how wonderful it was that the meatpacking industry in the Midwest was growing with the addition of kosher slaughterhouses.  Now that doesn’t seem to be working out quite so well.  This is what I call conforming to an unfortunate stereotype.
