Get me some of that CHANGE!

The City of San Francisco has figured out how to cut themselves in on a piece of the panhandling action: homeless meters.  Their motto: Be a part of change.  Don’t give change.  If these are the people we’ve been waiting for, hold on to your wallets (and begging bowls).
