I’m betting on January 1st

Since he was a no-show for his own birthday party, some of us wiseguys think Fidel Castro is dead. Concealing the fact and revealing it later is pretty much S.O.P. for commie dictatorships where the leadership succession is in doubt, so I’m inclined to agree. Now the question is, when will the Cubanos get around to ‘fessin’ up? I’m betting on January 1st, the 48th anniversary of Castro’s defeat of Fulgencio Batista. Talk about a guy who won’t be missed…
