Better than a fence!

The Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services is standardizing the US citizenship exam, and already some thumbsuckers like the llinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights are complaining that the test is too hard!  OK, let me get this straight:  the test will be standardized, the entire test bank, with answers, is online and publicly available, an applicant will be asked 10 questions chosen at random from the test bank, and said applicant must answer at least 6 questions correctly.  I see only one flaw: we should administer the same test to our high school seniors, and deport anyone who flunks.
