Just wait patiently….

One of my favorite tactics to get good service is to simply say, "Can’t do it right now?  No problem, I’ll wait–right here–until someone can get it done."  Back in 1958, some black teenagers in Witchita, Kansas, waited for lunch…and waited…and waited.  After 3 weeks, they got their lunch. and changed history.
